The Throwback Jam of today is by 90’s R&B girl group: Jade! This used to be my song back in the day! These ladies should definitely be on a milk carton because the world hasn’t seen or heard from them in a month of Sundays! I love this video too, BTW…it is so reminiscent of the early nineties, which where my fav…I’m so over this new millennium! Anywho, more info on the group Jade…
Jade was active during the early to mid 1990s, from 1992 to 1997, to be exact. The group consisted of Tonya Kelly, Joi Marshall, and Di Reed. During their brief yet successful career, Jade released two albums, one live album, and had a string of popular R&B singles. The girls also appeared in the Inkwell.
They had a nice harmonic blend of voices and a funky 90's style....they were relevant at their time...I guess!
